This is a great opportunity for a senior PA to join this well known city based financial recruitment consultancy.
You would be looking after a team with a minimum of 4 consultants and a manager, with the possibility of managing a junior secretary
Duties include:
Supporting the manager*director - diary,travel etc
Monitering the teams holiday*sickness*absense reports
Ensuring that all meeting notes, KPI`s and targets are put togeather in time for reviews
Internal and external liasion to improve processes and communication between consultants and support staff
Preparing all meeting packs
Managing junior secretaries
The ideal candidate would have similar experience within a sales*recruitment environment and have a articulate professional manner and enjoy a loud sales environment.
